Hi, I’m Denise.
I’m a Registered Nurse, Certified Nutrition Coach, and Wellness Coach passionate about helping busy professionals create sustainable habits that support long-term weight loss and overall well-being.
After losing more than 100 pounds myself, I understand firsthand that meaningful change isn’t built through restrictive plans, perfection, or constantly starting over. It comes from developing realistic routines, personalized strategies, and having the right support along the way.
Through Flourish with Denise, I provide RN-led concierge weight loss support designed to help clients navigate meal planning, dining out, behavior change, accountability, and building habits that fit real life. Whether you’re just getting started, using GLP-1 medications, or looking for support maintaining your progress, my goal is to help you feel informed, confident, and supported throughout your journey.
